The Fraud Shield Client Portal provides each organisation with secure access to its review activity, document submissions, completed reports, and review allowance.

Through the portal, clients can see the specific review types assigned to their organisation, redeem reviews against their agreed monthly or annual allowance, and upload documents or information for assessment by the Fraud Shield team.

Each review can be tracked from submission through to completion, giving clients clear visibility over review status, usage, and remaining allowance. Once a review has been completed, the final report can be downloaded directly from the portal.

The portal also enables clients to manage and purchase additional reviews, view billing information, and access a complete review ledger showing all reviews used, submitted, completed, and remaining.

This provides a clear, secure, and accountable system for managing high-risk reviews across the organisation, ensuring that all activity is recorded, accessible, and aligned with the client’s agreed service package.
